This year we are excited to kick off our "Meaningful Conversations with EmpireWorks and Friends" event series to raise awareness and resources for important causes that are impacting our clients and communities.
These events will occur yearly in each division. The first event coming in the many divisions will be Mental Health Matters. This event shines a light on
mental health issues that Community Managers are facing and starts the
conversation about how our industry can address these issues and protect our peers.

We’re excited to introduce Traci Thompson, our newest team member at EmpireWorks! Traci, our Account Executive, specializes in exterior painting and reconstruction for HOA communities. She brings a wealth of real estate experience. We are excited to have in our the Nevada market.
We are excited to announce the newest addition to our san Diego team, Chloe Parker, as our Business Development Rep! Chloe brings a kind and authetnic energy. Her approach is very team focused which makes her the perfect fit for the San Diego team. Her experience working with HOA’s and Management Companies gives her a leg up. She is excited to be returning to her roots and working within the HOA industry once again.
We are excited to announce the newest addition to our OC/LA team, Dana Bisbee, as our Business Development Specialist! Dana brings an energetic approach and a passion for building relationships. We are excited to announce the newest Client Services addition to our South West Construction Defect Team, Oliva Adam. Olivia not only has her law degree but also a can-do attitude, which makes her the perfect fit for the Construction Defect team. She’s excited to assist in growing our relationships with attorney partners and facilitating communication cross divisionally to the SWCD team.
Nap just hit his 3 year anniversary with EmpireWorks! Nap is a Dedicated Superintendent with a proven track record of managing complex projects including post litigation projects and destructive testing. We get numerous compliments on his eagerness to assist residents and his consistent communication. We are proud to have Nap on the Empire Team leading successful projects.
Leading the Tennessee operations is Sarah Incle, Vice President of Tennessee Operations. With over a decade of experience and a portfolio of projects exceeding $25 million, Sarah’s expertise spans across many sectors including HOAs, commercial, industrial, apartments, and hospitality properties.
Sarah’s transparent, client-first approach ensures that every project aligns with the unique vision and needs of each client. Her proven ability to navigate complex challenges makes her a trusted leader in the industry.
We are excited to announce that we are now providing below grade waterproofing services to our clients. This includes waterproofing communities parking structures, planters ,and retaining walls.
Leading these efforts is our newest Project Bryan Harpole. Bryan has 15 years of specialized experience in below grade waterproofing. We are excited to have him on the team assisting our condo association clients.
